I ordered plans for the Freedom 17 a couple of months ago. After 16 hours of planking, this is what I have. Everything so far has been very straight forward. I had some trouble routing the bead and cove on the strips due to the fact that I didn't have in feed and out feed tables set up, therefore the turn of the bilge has gaps on the inside. I'll be ripping more stock tonight to finish the project, and I will take more time when routing the remaining pieces. (I was just a little to excited when doing this work I guess!) Other than that error, the canoe is coming along quite well. Thank you so much for the plans. Chris Bull
