Westport Workshop: Progress Report

In May of this year, Bear Mountain Boats made a big leap from Peterborough to Westport, Ontario. It's turned out to be the right decision, with a welcoming community and perfect waterways for cruising in Sparks, our fantail launch. It's also been a huge amount of work to get the new shop in order. Ted makes headway every day, and by the time we host our first building class in the new space, it should be ideal.

In the meantime, though, we thought we'd share some progress shots so you can see how it's shaping up. As you can see, there's less floorspace than our Matchett Line location, but the new shop is bright and airy and well-equipped. We look forward to hosting classes and visitors once it's finished!
